Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel

Pros: Due to the construction going on around the hotel I was a little skeptical about staying at this location. However, once I went inside I felt relaxed immediately. I checked in with a young lady named Nykia who had great customer service and an amazing spirit. She was able to help me with my requests, and made check in a breeze. The suite I booked was a double queen. It was CLEAN fully stocked (with toiletries, towels, washcloths, etc). I absolutely loved the nightlight that was attached to the bathroom mirror, it made my nightly bathroom trip visible and easy. Everything was very modern and well kept. Cons: The pillows on the beds were awful! They appear to be full and Fluffy, yet a little firm. Omg, as soon as you lay on them, its like laying on a Deflated air mattress. You mine as well lay flat on the mattress. I literally had to stack 3 pillows to get some kind of head and neck support. In conclusion my stay at the Sheraton Fort worth was WORTH the money. I'd stay at this location again.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Easy to walk to restaurants and night life. Restaurant and coffee bar on site were great.

Nice Relaxing The Hot Tub

awesome location, the hotel is located right in front of one of the main city sightseeing - the water gardens. All downtown is available by foot. nice people work in the hotel, good breakfast.

Great location and close to the convention center. close to points if interest and shopping.
